Park Yeonjung joined Philips Korea's Healthcare business division as its Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence Manager. She is now the Group Strategy Manager, based in Shanghai. She struggled with a health condition known as scoliosis prior to joining Philips and sought to prioritize health, wellness and overall happiness in life over other matters.

Philips caught her attention as Philips has the goal of improving the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2025. She found that the company's vision aligns perfectly with her values.
