JAKA visual protection system uses an industrial-grade wide-angle camera and IIPR (Independent Intellectual Property Rights) image processing system, which is connected to a robot controller. The camera is placed above the working area of the robot to monitor the working scene. When an external object (person or device) breaks into the monitoring area, the system processes and makes a judgment based on the acquired image, and sends instructions to the robot to slow down and ensure the safety of humans and machines.
