Brian Lilley of TheRebel.media reports that Justin Trudeau's Liberals will halt the appeal on the case of a Muslim woman who wanted to be sworn in as a Canadian citizen while wearing a Muslim face covering known as a niqab.

When Stephen Harper's Conservatives were in power, they filed an appeal to overturn a court decision in the woman's favour. However, Trudeau's majority government is wasting no time overturning many of Harper's efforts, even though polls showed most Canadians oppose the niqab.

Brian Lilley explains why this decision is bad for Canada, not to mention hypocritical on the part of so-called "progressives.
