ED Arrests K Kavitha, Alleges Criminal Conspiracy with Top AAP Leaders | Delhi Liquor Policy Scam

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested K Kavitha, alleging her involvement in a criminal conspiracy with top leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. The ED claims that Kavita played a key role in the formulation of the new excise policy of the National Capital and exchanged 100 crores with ARP leaders for favours. The agency also alleges that illegal funds were generated for the ARP through corruption and conspiracy. ARP leaders have denied these allegations, calling them false and fabricated.
