Replacing a traditional separate timer/programmer and room thermostat with an all-in-one controller such as Hive or Nest. Applicable to 2 channel systems with a hot water cylinder and radiators.

Old room thermostat is removed and a link installed in it's place, the new controller box replaces the existing programmer/timer.
