Anyone who has been to Yosemite Valley has looked up at Half Dome and noticed the incredible wave features looming behind it. This is Cloud's Rest. Starting at Tenaya Lake, it is 7 miles to the base, then 2,800 feet of incredibly fun roped climbing and 1,200 feet of scrambling to the summit. Another 7 miles back to the car round out this Alpine style adventure in America's most beautiful park. Just over 12 hours car-to-car.
