Legend Mode Stage - The Ten Eunuchs' Rebellion
Difficulty - Any
Requirements - Allow He Jin to be defeated, & defeat the 4 Rogue Chiefs.

For this one, even though you can technically acquire this item on any difficulty, I recommend getting it on Hard. That's because the Rogue Chiefs will stop spawning in once Zhang Rang arrives, & Zhang Rang only arrives once all of the Eunuchs have been defeated by Cao Cao, Liu Bei, & Sun Jian.

TLDR, if you play on hard, it buys you more time to take out the 4 Rogue Chiefs, as they roughly take a minute each to spawn in.
