PENTAGON Nylon frame fixing is an expanding friction anchor designed to fasten a range of materials to concrete and masonry. One of the main advantages of this type of fastener is that it can be used in light and medium-weight concrete blocks and hollow bricks, as well as concrete. They are most commonly used to secure door and window frames to concrete or brick wall as it’s a cost effective solution.

It consists of a nylon plug with a metal fixing element.
Once a pilot hole has been drilled into the substrate, the two-piece anchor is installed - the metal element of the fixing expands the nylon plug, creating friction and securing the fixture back to the substrate. The anti rotational wings prevent the plug from spinning inside the hole.
