Days after Uttar Pradesh government suspended IAS officer Durgashakti Nagpal, Congress Chairperson Sonia Gandhi wrote a letter to the Prime Minister saying that Nagpal should not be "unfairly treated". But when Congress-led government in Rajasthan transferred Jaislmer IPS officer Pankaj Chaudhary after he reopened history sheet against Congress MLA Shaleh Mohammed's father Ghazi Faqeer, the Congress has termed the incident as non issue.
