The Video That Started It All.... I Love You Miss Katie, You Are Missed Every Day.... The Story..... The original Curt2Katie was started on a cold Christmas Eve back in 2007. This site was started with a lone video of The KinKs playing "The Last Assembly" along with a slideshow of my daughter Katie who passed away two years earlier. Over the last five years the site grew to over 500 songs and over 1100 subscribers. Most of these songs and videos were of my daughters Katie's and my favorite band The KinKs. So over the last six months or so I started uploading some of my old videos and tunes that I grew up with so I could get more people to come to my site and maybe experience a little bit of The KinKs. Well that blew up in my face and cause the termination of the original Curt2Katie YouTube page. So after a couple of devastating days I decided to start up two You Tube sites, the first one is Curt2Katie3point0. The second one would be the one you're on right now Curt2Katie2point0. I decided to split my site up keeping Curt2Katie2point0 for nothing but The KinKs music. This allows me to post all the old great music (like The KinKs) that I grew up with from the 60s and 70s on to Curt2Katie3point0. I will try to post as much killer videos of the old bands as I can while staying within copyright law. (Which is always a dicey thing here on YouTube) so I hope you enjoy both of my new sites and I hope you get a chance to visit both of them. Also I would like to thank all the people that had sailed with the original Curt2Katie, may she rest in "peace". Again thank you everybody and don't forget to....ENJOY
