How to apply for Dubai Police Clearance Certificate for Canada Immigration – A complete STEP by STEP Guide for Online Applicants with Emirates ID

Welcome back to Melanie on Demand! In this video, I will walk you through the online application of Dubai Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). The steps here can be used for whatever purpose you need your Dubai PCC. Bonus part for Express Entry applicants because I discussed the requirements of Police Clearances according to CIC Website. If you don't have an emirates ID, you can still get a Dubai Police Clearance! Follow the steps as mentioned in the video except for the emirates id part. Complete the Dubai PCC application then mail your fingerprints to Dubai Police. If you're in Canada, you can follow the steps that I did.

Step 1: Acquiring biometrics - Go to local RCMP for fingerprints using the Dubai Police Biometrics template (from page 1 of the application page).

Step 2: Notarization - Go to local lawyer or notary public to get your fingerprints notarized.

Step 3: Authentication - For Alberta applicants, you can apply here: https://www.alberta.ca/document-authe...
For other provinces, find the equivalent service provider - Official Document Services (ODS) OR to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (Global Affairs in Ottawa)

Step 4: Attestation - Send your authenticated document to Consulate General of the UAE in Toronto to get it attested.

Step 5: Send your attested document to Dubai Police.
