Minister Konda Surekha Pledges Police Benefits to Forest Officials on Forest Martyrs' Day

A program was organized at the Nehru Zoological Park to observe Forest Martyrs' Day. Forest Minister Konda Surekha, Chief Secretary Rama Krishna Rao, DGP Dr. Jitendra, and other officials from the Forest Department attended the event. They paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for forest conservation. On this occasion, Minister Surekha said that the government would take steps to provide all the benefits available to police officers to the forest police as well.
