This is a bit of a different video for me in that, unlike my other Classic Movie Couples videos, this features only a handful of films (19 in total) rather than over 100. While I love making videos with a hundred or so films, I wanted to make a tribute that focused specifically on my all-time favourite romantic classic films. This film doesn't feature any couples from musicals (as my other multi-couples videos do), screwball comedies or film noirs (although, technically, "Notorious" is a film noir but I don't count it as one). This is simply a tribute to those grand, sweeping romantic films that Old Hollywood was rather famous for. At one stage I had about 25 films in this video but, in the end, I realised there was simply no room to include them all- thus, films such as "Penny Serenade" and "Letter from an Unknown Woman" (WHICH I LOVE JUST AS DEARLY AS THOSE INCLUDED IN THE VIDEO) were cut. I wish I didn't have to but I wanted to make sure there were at least 3 clips from each film and that proved impossible when I kept adding more films into the mix. Also, those films I had already made individual tributes about ("A Place in the Sun" and "Sabrina") are featured less than some of the others.

I had a lot of fun making this video and I hope you all enjoy watching it as much as I did making it :)
