Recently I went to check out Char Siew Yoong and Wong Mei Kee in Kuala Lumpur. These are my two favorite types of Chinese BBQ meats. Char Siu and Siew Yuk are both something I grew up eating often as a kid growing up in NYC. And KL with its large Chinese community and influence on food I know I can find it done the way I love it here.
