The Fine Cheese Company and our own in-house food and wine matcher Emma Briffett have joined forces to bring you a deliciously indulgent pairing two of life’s greatest pleasures – cheese and wine.

They’ve selected four styles of cheese for the session which can either be pre-ordered via Fine Cheese Co or you can substitute with similar cheeses available to you. After an explanation of each of the cheeses from the Fine Company expert, Emma will be popping the corks on a range of wines to pair with them. Between them they’ll cover basic principles you can apply to all your dairy-vinous pairings, as well as busting some myths and throwing in some surprises along the way too!

So why not dust off the cheeseboard, grab the corkscrew and get clued up before the festive season?!
