As I was working on this video, I realized its actually really hard to do flashy stuff with Izanami. Especially outside of OD.
I really struggled to make some of the combos looks cool but I think this video turned out well.

Some of the things in this video are crazy difficult. Like the 214A carry glitch on Non-Tager bodies is stupidly hard and some of the inputs break your hands.
Like the Rachel combo is dumb. Microdash just enough until you turn around then delay the DP until it catches on the very last active frames and do 6C. What is this shit.

I really feel like the difficulty of Izanami's execution is underrated man.

How many other characters ask for jB jC 8 5C 3C (6D before hit) 29(on hit) falling jC and then microdash 41236C on land?


Anyway, I'm secretly proud of myself for putting together a CMV for one of the hardest characters in one of the hardest Fighting Games around execution-wise.

It's quite an experience to get so demoralized after screwing up the same combo a thousand times and then somehow still finding the tenacity to continue attempting it without giving up until you get that single try that works.

I probably could have spent more time editing and cleaning up the transitions and combos but man, I've been working on this video for too long.
Not to mention my fingers and wrist seriously hurt after repeatedly doing some of these dumb combos. I had to record the time-stop combo on pad because my fingers were too sore to continue playing stick. Send help.


I seriously love this character and I seriously love this game.
Drop whatever the hell you're playing and play CF.
