Training on CPG for Primary Care Providers - Management of Erectile Dysfunction

We are pleased to share that the online Training on CPG for Primary Care Providers on Erectile Dysfunction had successfully gathered over 362 primary healthcare doctors both public and private from across various healthcare settings. The training was a collaboration of CPG unit from MaHTAS with Malaysian Medical Association (MMA), Academy of Medicine of Malaysia (AMM) and Association of Family Physicians of Malaysia (AFPM).
This session, in conjunction with Men's Health Month, featured engaging presentations on risk factor, assessment and treatment approaches, followed by an insightful case discussion moderated by Dr. Arun Arunasalam, Chairman of the CPG Development Group.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Development Group members — Dr. Nadzirah Ahmad Basri, Dr. Ahmad Nazran Fadzli, and Dr. Adam Firdaus Dahlan — for sharing their expertise and time, and to the MMA teams led by Dr. Eratha Krishnan, for providing the valuable platform to facilitate this dissemination.
This CPG, launched in May 2025, marks the first-ever guideline on Men’s Health developed by MaHTAS, Ministry of Health Malaysia ensuring that evidence-based care continues to guide clinical practice at the primary care level.
