A tribute to the services of Admiral Fasih Bokhari - Pakistan Navy Short Documentary

Admiral Fasih Bokhari NI(M) S Bt was the 13th Chief of the Naval Staff of Pakistan Navy. He joined Pakistan Navy in 1959 after his initial training from Dartmouth, UK, and got commissioned in 1962. In his illustrious career the Admiral has Commanded several PN platforms and a submarine squadron. The Admiral has a remarkable Naval career spanning over four decades. He has the distinguished honour of participating in DWARKA operation in 1965 war and heroic act of PNS/M HANGOR which sunk INS KHUKRI and damaged INS KIRPAN in 1971 war, marking history by sinking a warship after World War-II. In recognition of his meritorious services and outstanding performance, the Admiral was awarded S. Bt and Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military).

The Admiral breathed his last on 24 Nov 20 at Islamabad. His services for Pakistan Navy will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in peace.
