For young couple Thaddaeus and Esther, they made a bold decision to convert the living room into a private study, and opening up the spare bedroom as a dining area with a beautiful display feature wall.

This Japandi style 4 Room BTO is now a lovely nest where the homeowners can conveniently host their loved ones around the extendable dining table, and retreat into the more private study/living room whenever they need their personal safe space.
