Hello everyone, welcome/welcome back to Chu Challenge. I try fun things in the form of challenges :) This time I did 100 squats per day for 30 days. Since rest is as important as training, there was 7 rest days during this 30 day challenge, therefore I did 2300 squats in total in the end.

I want to become fitter so that I have more energy to do the things I want. Thought that 30 day squat challenge is a good place to begin 💪🏻.
