toothpaste sundae - blazabel

I was creating song after song in the last months and eventually I ended up with a song like this one that was a bit more peculiar and different from what I was writing lately. I reworked it a couple times, the vocals were done in a closet in the middle of a huge storm cuz everywhere else in the apartment the sound of rain would of interfered too much, so if you listen closely you'll hear rain drops in the vocals in certain parts. It's a song about a relationship that is purely spiritual not physical at all meaning, love is there, understanding is there, the connection is there, compassion is there, relaxing feeling of being with someone who you cherish is there etc. but it's all there is, there's no physical encounter , though both knew each other before hand, a great loving atmosphere but to never materialize into anything no matter how much potential they had and no matter how much they loved eachother, misunderstandings froze the process of flourishing, even though love was still felt through out during the whole time the story its based on, there's not really a trap per say but more like 2 persons that long for each other in a strong way that just gravitates toward eachother even has the time passes by, even if sometimes he gets fed up of the outcome he comes back running back to her arms each and every single times because no one loved him like she did, and when they're together its not just how love is flowing but it feels like there's a unity between 2 human beings,

I talk about the holiness of Jesus and is sacrifice briefly (blessed cross), the rotten side of fame when it comes to how people sell their souls and bodies for attention popularity and money etc. Liberate my soul (directly spoken to god) to keep me away from drugs, empty pleasures, envy, jealousy, fears, hate, ill-will, prejudices, pride, etc. To let the light shine even if its dark, by the presence of the lord, and to let the wisdom of the almighty, his love, understanding ,compassion, forgiveness, his consciousness that is above our petty prejudices shine in our eyes has we see and experience this life(pour light in my eyes)

High as a kite its not only when theres a bond between 2 persons but because as the wisdom of god grows inside of you, your intellect your worries, and these things you must do in life you don't get entangled with you dont suffer anymore you can enjoy that present moment even more no matter if your talking or in silence whatever, sometimes there's no words for it, sober as a monk even when i'm living nice things with nice peoples around me, inside of me I'm not wishing I want more give me more no, I'm just not judging but enjoying it the best I can, I do not want to stamp my own selfish desire expectations and fantasies on how life should be and how people should react or else I'd be setting myself for disappointment suffering and many hardships. Life its not about controlling everything and every one but its about accepting what you can and can't control and reacting in a good way to it. Last temptation, the guy in the story is wondering if the girl on the otherside is the real deal or just another distraction or temptation

Even if there's elements of confusion or misunderstanding, love is still there light still shines, the love is not necessarily drowning, but not flying either, there just on a ride and we're not sure where it goes from there, will they see each other in the end, will they give up, will something happen to one of them before they have the chance to see each other who knows the rest is not written yet
