[4K] Air Defender 2023 - Hungarian AF JAS-39C Gripen - Fliegerhorst Schleswig

Air Defender 23 is the largest air force deployment exercise in NATO's history. The goal is to practice air operations with allied air forces. The focus is on optimizing and expanding the cooperation between the participating nations. The scenario is modeled after a NATO Article 5 Assistance scenario.

The exercise was initiated by Germany in 2018, planned over the following years and will take place under German leadership in the summer.
