Mitsubishi Triton Exceed v Isuzu D-Max LS-Terrain Comparison Review

There's never been a better time than right now to be guying a new dual cab utility in Australia. If you need a truck that's capable of tackling the working week but also dealing with family duties on the weekend, you've never had more choice than you have in 2015.

Two of the more utilitarian options in the segment have always been the Isuzu D-Max and Mitsubishi Triton. Recently comprehensively refreshed, the Triton is more enticing value for money than it's ever been, while the D-Max remains true to its tough as nails workhorse core. We've got the top specification D-max on test for this comparison so it isn't exactly bargain basement price-wise, but both these trucks nevertheless offer excellent value for money.

Impressively, both vehicles on test here are more comfortable and user-friendly inside the cabin than they've ever been too, an attempt to address one of the areas dual cab buyers have always been shortchanged compared to their wagon brethren. Both vehicles get five-star ANCAP ratings, as well as a host of standard equipment.
