Claude 3 AI just came out Monday and the new AI model, while slick and quick, can’t seem to solve simple match equations and problems.

Anthropic’s latest release has three different versions (Haiku, Sonnet and Opus), and in this video I used the Sonnet level to do simple multiplication and it repeatedly failed. That while its chief AI rivals ChatGPT and Gemini got it right.

If you use Claude for math, you might run into some issues. But for other things -- like creative writing -- it may be a better option that other artificial intelligence LLMs.
