Sandy and I travel for a magical day at our friend’s wedding inside the stunning Eastnor Castle. With the castle all to ourselves, the day was full of laughs, love, and a few surprises:

✨ Gorgeous castle views and grounds
🎉 Dancing to lively Scottish ceilidh tunes (and running out of breath fast 😂)
🎯 A fun game of croquet on the lawn
💤 Sneaky mid-day nap after all the dancing
🚗 A “how do we do this?” moment, topping up the car engine oil (Sandy saved the day!)

Since kids weren’t allowed (unless you’d travelled from abroad), it was just me and Sandy enjoying rare child-free time together. We drove down for the day and back the same night, since Sandy is still breastfeeding Zuri.

It was a beautiful celebration, set in a fairytale setting, and provided us with some much-needed time together as a couple.
