If you haven't been back to the gym, here is a sneak peek at what you can expect.

The gym now consists of 4 areas: the upper gym, lower gym, far side of the sports hall and the outdoor Fitness Yard to ensure social distancing is maintained.

We have also implemented a one-way system and set up cleaning stations to assist with the wiping down of equipment after use.

The team also ensure the equipment and touch points are cleaned between sessions.

Please remember that all gym sessions must be pre-booked.
