How To Connect With Your Intuition + Receive Insight

In this video, I share about how you can tune in and connect with your intuition so you can receive wisdom and insights to help you to move forward in your life with clarity.

First, we look at the differences that exist in our brain. We all have a left side and a right side in our brain. Our left brain is all about thinking, doing, seeking and analysing. Our right brain is all about creativity, openness and receptivity.

So when we can practice surrendering our modern-day need to be constantly doing and seeking with our left brain, we begin to create the space to receive intuitive information through our right side. From here we can hold the space open that is needed to receive our insight.

This is key to allowing yourself to be creating the right conditions to download what is always there waiting to assist you in every moment.
