TBT features 64 teams of top professional, college alumni, and international basketball players competing in a single-elimination 5-on-5 tournament for a winner-take-all $2 Million prize. All games will air on ESPN networks beginning Thursday, July 23 culminating with the Championship game on Tuesday, August 11. Regional weekend 1 will take place in Columbus, OH (July 23-26), Las Vegas, NV (July 24- 26) Charleston, WV (July 24- 26) and Jackson, TN (July 24-26). Weekend 2 will take place in Wichita, KS (July 30- Aug 2), Florida (July 31- Aug 2), Syracuse, NY (July 31- Aug 2) and Washington DC (July 31- Aug 2).

The highly-competitive tournament has attracted some of the best basketball players in the world. In 2018, Overseas Elite won for the fourth year in a row. Teams compete for spots in the tournament by soliciting votes from fans and supporters via social media. Applicants must be 18 or older and willing to forego their amateur status.
