Beginning of plant experiment plus a brief walk through on how I like to set up terra cotta pots in my fish room.

The plants I have here are Cryptocorine sp. & Lobelia cardinalis.

One set has plant matter, dirt, volcanic rock, pea gravel. The other is identical minus the volcanic rock. Curious how much the added minerals from the volcanic rock affect my plant growth.

All are in my Characodon audax tank for the time being.
