Hi friends, in this video we are discussing about how to remove mobile number from Indane gas booking. If you are an Indane gas customer and your have used other mobile number than your registered mobile number to book Indane gas refill. Then the new number also added to your Indane gas account.

In that conditions you wish to delete the additional mobile numbers from your Indane account. You can see and remove the mobile number added to your Indane gas by login to your Indane gas online portal.

Before going to remove mobile number from Indane gas connection you need to register to Indane gas online portal. Register before going to login.

If you wish to remove mobile number from Indane gas booking online then watch this video till end or follow the following steps.

1. Go to cx.indianoil.in website and login with your registered mobile number or e-mail Id and password with Indane gas account.

2. After login to your account you will see your name and a drop down symbol. Click on the the drop down symbol. Three new options will appeared. Click on the option 'My profile'.

3. After click on the my profile your profile details will be appeared. Here you will see your address, registered mobile number, email id etc. You will see a mobile number as primary and other mobile numbers if any as unverified.

4. Click on the option 'Change' against the mobile number which you want to remove.

5. A pop up window will open and ask you to enter your new mobile number. Enter the mobile number which is your primary mobile number. Then click on 'submit'.

6. An OTP will be sent to your this mobile number enter the OTP here and click on 'verify OTP'.

7. Now a confirmation massage and service request number will be displayed in this page. You can see the mobile number which you wish to remove will be seen removed on your next login.

8. Now you have to verify your mobile number again. For verification you need to login to your account again. Therefore login to Indane online account again and go to profile.

9. you will see your mobile number here an option 'Un-verified' against the mobile number. Click on the option 'Un-verified' to verify the mobile number.

10 An OTP will be sent again to this mobile number. Enter the mobile number here and click on 'verify OTP.

11. Now your mobile number is verified and you will be seen it on your next login.
