In this video you can see a produciton line featuring high speed dripper insertion and perforation for round drippers. Further it features:
3 layer die head to provide a more cost effective dripline
Hole inspection system which checks all the perforations made on the pipe
Fully Automatic coiler including strapping and automatic ejection.
This line can run at speeds of up to 120 meters per minute with dripper insertion and perforation speeds of up to 500 drippers per minute.
