With a freezer full of frozen Yellow Fin Tuna and a hubby out on a deep sea fishing trip catching more fish, I decided to make room in the freezer. I ultimately canned 43 pint sized jars in my #allamericanpressurecanner. This tuna is more flavorful than any commercial canned tuna you purchase from the grocery store.

Attention- I used a pressure canner which is NOT the same as pressure cookers commonly used these days (#ninjafoodi, #powerpressurecooker, #instapot, etc). Also strict attention to USDA pressure canning guidelines was used
