To assure individual mobility, Green Navigation works towards range optimisation by applying suitable strategies within the vehicle and between the vehicle and infrastructure to provide personalised and efficient mobility solutions to the user that meet the demands of an energy and resource efficient mobility system under the consideration of new vehicle and vehicle utilisation concepts. For this the project researches different mobility services, such as range analysis and route planning services, that allow energy-optimised routing under the consideration of vehicle type, available route sections, traffic data and battery status, but also charging stations and times.
