Por que perdoar?

A cura através do perdão é muito mais poderosa do que você imagina.

Eu sei que nem sempre é fácil perdoar, nem sempre é fácil acessar a clareza do quão benéfico será colocar um ponto final através do amor naquela história que te machucou.

Mas é importante que você entenda que o ato de perdoar é um ato de autoamor, os efeitos positivos serão muito maiores em você do que no outro. E, sem dúvida, vale muito mais a pena você direcionar a energia para o perdão do que para a vingança.

The healing through forgiveness is much more powerful than you can imagine.

I know it's not always easy to forgive, nor is it easy to access the clarity of how beneficial it will be to end that story with love.

However, it is crucial that you understand that the act of forgiving is an act of self-love, and the positive effects will be much greater in you than in the other person. Without a doubt, there’s much more value in directing your energy towards forgiveness than towards revenge.
