A couple gave their families quite the early Christmas surprise - a baby they had never told anyone they were expecting.

Ben and Hannah Hinders hadn't seen their relatives and friends for nearly 10 months when they showed up on doorsteps with a newborn in tow.

The couple, who live in Honolulu, Hawaii, decided it would be fun to shock everyone from their parents, siblings and best friends with the news.
