Health benefits of Ragi (Nachni/Finger Millet)
1. It is a non-diary source of calcium, helps keeping our bones strong (good for kids in growing age).
2. Good source of Iron and thereby helps overcoming insomnia.
3. Rich source of Fibre promoting weight loss.
4. It has low glycemic index as a result, helps controlling usual food cravings and releases insulin in blood stream in a very controlled manner. This is why this millet is very helpul for diabetic patients.
5. It also has rich quantity of Vitamin D which helps absorption of calcium in our body.

1. 200 gms Wheat Flour (Gehun k atta)
2. 100 gms Finger Millet Flour (Ragi atta)
3. 125 gms Desi ghee (Clarified butter)
4. 100-150 gms Jaggery powder (as per taste)
5. Dry fruits (as per choice)
6. 4-5 Green Cardamom (Elaichi)
7. Edible Gum for laddu (Goond)
