Whether you're a busy bee or just love the idea of a simple, no-fuss dinner, these recipes are for you!

I’ll take you through everything from a zesty fajita pasta bake to a creamy chicken dish with sundried tomatoes. Plus, I share tips on how to get the most out of your slow cooker, including the right settings for your schedule. INGREDIENTS - to feed 4:
Faijta chicken pasta bake:
300g diced chicken, 150g chorizo, grated cheese, Mexican fajita paste, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tsp fajita seasoning, 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 pepper, 400g pasta.

Beef Bourguignon:
600g diced beef, 3 carrots, 150g mushrooms, 1 onion, 5 gal irc cloves, 3 bay leaves, 1tsp dried rosemary, 1tsp dried thyme, 300ml beef stock (2 stock cubes) 1tbsp flour, 1tbsp tomato puree, red wine stock cube, salt & pepper

Creamy salmon pasta:
2 salmon fillets, 1tsp chilli paste, 1 leek, broccoli, 200g soft cheese, 400 g pasta, 500ml veg stock (2 stock cubes)

Creamy pesto chicken:
4 chicken breast, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 150g edamame beans, 200g soft cheese, 100g sun dried tomatoes, 4tsp pesto, 300g veg stock, salt & pepper
