I am honoured to have been invited to be on the BBC Radio yet again, this time to comment on the latest research on fitness and to get the studio guests doing some isometric exercises live on air.

The meta analysis that we were discussing was lowering blood pressure through isometric exercises and it was an honour to meet Jamie Edwards, the leader of the research.
