Equanimity in Uncertain Times - with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

Although some things have begun to reopen, we still do not know how the situation will go or what lies ahead. This experience of prolonged uncertainty can be deeply unsettling, filling us with anxiety and stress. By cultivating patience and equanimity we can learn how to accept our uncertainty and even flourish within it. As we learn to trust in our mind’s natural awareness, we find that we can live with confidence and stability in the midst of unpredictability and change.
