Victim Rescue with a P.E.S. Used with Fire Innovations Core & Talon.

Must have a Class II harness or Escape Belt with a one-leg harness (Multi-use strap) don. Using an escape belt only is extremely not recommended due to the possibility of injury to the rescuer.
