Proxima komt van de grond || CampusTV

De eerste woonmodules voor studentenwoningen zijn op donderdag 7 maart 2024 op Zernike Campus geplaatst. In het bijzijn van vertegenwoordigers van o.a. de gemeente Groningen, bouwer Plegt-Vos, de SSH en Jebbr, organisator van deze mijlpaal, werd het moment feestelijk gevierd. Wethouder Rik van Niejenhuis bestuurde de grote bouwkraan die de eerste module op zijn plek zette. CampusTV sprak met de wethouder en Rob Donninger, directeur-bestuurder van de SSH, over de bouw van Proxima, het complex met 401 studentenwoningen.

The first residential modules for student housing were placed on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Zernike Campus. In the presence of representatives from the municipality of Groningen, builder Plegt-Vos, SSH (Student Housing Foundation), and Jebbr, the organizer of this milestone, the moment was joyously celebrated. Alderman Rik van Niejenhuis operated the large construction crane that placed the first module in its position. CampusTV interviewed the alderman and Rob Donninger, CEO of SSH, about the construction of Proxima.
