Ingredients of Kesar

1 gms Kesar Saffron Zaffran
3-4 White Paper

Procedure :-

Take 3-4 White Paper and put Kesar Saffron Zaffran on it. Paper fold it and make envelop. Now heat the tawa and switch off the flame now put this envelop on it and put some weight on it and keep it for 7-8 minutes. After 7-8 minutes open the envelop and check the Keasr, all Saffron strings should be crunchy and crisp. Now roll it with the help of rolling pin as shown in video and make powder of Kesar. Store it in container in frezzer. Use only a pinch in the recipes & get good colour & flavour in the recipes.
