How to Become a Buddhist

I get many questions on my videos about how to become a Buddhist. So here are my thoughts on that! We'll talk a bit about what happens when you turn up at a Buddhist center, what they expect of you, the difference between being a Buddhist layperson versus a monastic, and so on. We'll also turn to the question of whether it matters if we have the label "Buddhist" or not.
