🟢材料:
薄豬肉片 200 克
洋蔥半個
🟢醬汁:
薑蓉 1 湯匙
蒜蓉 1 湯匙
味醂 2 湯匙
水 1 湯匙
生抽 1 茶匙
老抽 1/4 茶匙
鹽 1/4 茶匙

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將洋蔥切成薄片。
2️⃣ 在一個碗中混合薑蓉、蒜蓉、味醂、水、生抽、鹽和老抽,攪拌均勻備用。
3️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下洋蔥炒至變軟,盛出備用。
4️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下豬肉片炒至差不多熟的時候,倒入醬汁,加入洋蔥翻炒均勻出鍋。

🟢 Ingredients:
Thinly sliced pork, 200g
Half an onion
🟢 Sauce:
Minced ginger, 1 tablespoon
Minced garlic, 1 tablespoon
Mirin, 2 tablespoons
Water, 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon
Salt, 1/4 teaspoon

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Slice the onion thinly.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix together the minced ginger, minced garlic, mirin, water, soy sauce, salt, and dark soy sauce. Set aside.
3️⃣ Heat up some oil in a pan, and stir-fry the onion until it softens. Set aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, stir-fry the pork slices until almost cooked, then pour in the sauce and add the onion. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated, then serve.
