Spire of the Watcher Solo Flawless, Prismatic Warlock In

Sub 24 achieved! I can probably get close to sub 23 another time, probably spent/wasted a good chunk of time farming darkness energy and Feast of Light during the first encounter, but I'm still happy with this cause of how well Persys went!
