What optics does it take to shoot accurately past 2 miles, Charlie Tarac install and tall track test

Описание к видео What optics does it take to shoot accurately past 2 miles, Charlie Tarac install and tall track test

In this video I'm showing the process of setting up a Tacom HQ Charlie Tarac so I'm prepared for a match next month at the Greystone Castle in Mingus TX. I'm going to need quite a bit of elevation for the far plates so I decided to install a new action rail going from 40 moa to 50 moa and adding about 3/8" of height, then swapping Nightforce Atacr scopes between my 33xc and my 375 Cheytac so the Cheytac could have the adapter for the Charlie Tarac. The Charlie I'm using has 40 mils of elevation built in, and in this video I show the whole process of testing it to make sure the 40 mils is exactly that, 40 mils. I also break down how the Charlie works so that we can make repeatable elevation adjustments to make 2+ mile shots.
