케빈오의 타이틀 곡 ‘연인’은 미친 듯이 사랑했던 연인에서 이별의 순간으로 넘어가려고 하는 위태로운 찰나를 노래한다. 케빈오의 목소리는 이별 직전의 부식상태를 덤덤히 노래하다 그게 사실은 이별 직전이 아니라 이미 이별이 다가왔음을 받아들이며 감정선은 슬픔을 치닫는다.

특히, THE CUT이 연출하고 케빈오가 직접 출연한 뮤직비디오는 ‘연인’이라는 곡을 설명하는 또 다른 코드이자 그동안 보여주지 않았던 케빈오의 매력을 한껏 더 발견할 수 있다.

In his titled track ’Lover’, Kevin Oh portrays two lovers who are on the critical verge of a break-up. Kevin Oh starts to sing about the decaying phase of the relationship calmly at first, until he comes to a realization that the break-up is not about to happen but has already happened for them, where the emotions climax into extreme sorrow.

The music video of ‘Lover’ directed by THE CUT, is another interpretation of the song where the audiences would be captivated by Kevin Oh’s different side.
