How to Flaka- wing foil upwind 360 rotation- You have a FLAKAmylitis!

This video is all about FLAKAS- the upwind 360 spin on a wing foil board. I found spinning the wing around on the landing and pulling it off very challenging to figure out. I'm far form perfect but share what has worked for me and am also including tips I got from Gunnar Biniash, Kane Dewilde, and Kaden Prichard from Blue Planet Show interviews. I hope you find it helpful and fun to watch, even if you don't feel ready to try it.
