DRINKS:

THE BULLSHOT
1.5 ounces vodka
4 ounces Campbell’s beef consommé
.5 ounce lemon juice
3 dashes Tabasco sauce, or more to taste
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, or more to taste
Celery salt rim for garnish
Rim a highball glass with celery salt
combine above in a shaker
shake and strain into glass with fresh ice

THE HOT BULLSHOT
1.5 ounces vodka
4 ounces Campbell’s beef consommé
.5 ounce lemon juice
3 dashes Tabasco sauce, or more to taste
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, or more to taste
heat beef consommé almost to boiling
add to cup with remaining ingredients
stir and enjoy
