I had the honor of boiling 500 pounds of crawfish for the Dallas Cowboys on their 1st day of the offseason program under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer. As the Official Pitmaster of the Dallas Cowboys, it was really cool to see this team building event with brand-new teammates and coaches as they got to know each other.

In this video, I show you how to boil 1 sack of crawfish with potatoes, sausage, corn, cauliflower and more. We use a traditional one pot method in a Loco Cooker 90 quart cart.
